About Dispatch Goods

We own the infrastructure that makes reuse work at enterprise scale.

Wash plants, collection routes, and automated inspection, built and run by Dispatch Goods so the institutions we serve never have to.

The model

You already outsource laundry, deliveries, and facilities services. We built the same model for the category creating the most waste and expense today.

Our story

An infrastructure company, not a sustainability startup.

We started by washing reusable packaging for meal-delivery brands. That’s where we learned the hard part: building and running wash plants, routes, and the system that tracks every piece.

Today that same infrastructure serves hospitals, universities, and corporate campuses, plugged into the food service contracts they already have.

Our mission: make reuse the default for food service, by making it as easy as single-use.

What we built

Four things that are hard to copy.

  • Plants

    Wash infrastructure we own

Automated wash lines, engineered for consistency and cost.

  • Routes

    Dense collection routes

Built so every new account makes the route more efficient.

  • System

A system that tracks every piece

NFC and computer-vision tracking on every unit, with an inspection after every wash.

  • Portal

    Customer data you can use

Volume, returns, and impact reporting, live in your portal.
